Process Evolution forms alliance with Canadian company FDM Software

Process Evolution has announced an alliance with FDM Software based in Vancouver. FDM produce CAD and RMS (Records Management) systems and have a significant presence in North American market.

"Process Evolution's capability will help our clients unlock the power of the data they hold on our systems" said FDM Software President Ed Colin.

Process Evolution presented its capability to FDM's customers at their annual conference in Vancouver in October and met with representatives from local emergency services organisations. Process Evolution director Peter Loader:

"The feedback was very positive with a number of Fire Departments seeing the relevance of our work to their own situations, both in Canada and the USA. It seemed to back up our research which suggests that similar financial pressures apply to Fire Departments in North America as in the UK."
