Opportunities to work with clients on major reorganisations
Process Evolution welcomes applications from consultants who share our belief that quality of delivery is paramount and who can make a contribution to our business and our customers. Key attributes that we are looking for include:
- 3 years minimum of consulting experience in industry, the public sector or wider service sector
- Proficiency in at least one discrete event simulation tool (Simul8 or Witness preferred)
- Good analytical, presentation and inter-personal skills
Some of our consultants are part of our associate network with either similar or complementary skills to our own. We are also looking to expand this partnership programme and would welcome discussion with both consultants who have established businesses and also those thinking of setting up new businesses. These could include former employees of the emergency services. Training in our approach, software and appropriate support is of course provided.
