Client-hosted event | Process Evolution user group – 7 June 2017
Networking and experience sharing.
Northamptonshire Police hosted the first client-run usergroup on 7th June 2017 at their Force Headquarters. Over 30 delegates spent the first couple of hours or so introducing themselves and sharing their experience to date of working with Process Evolution’s evidence-based software toolset. Process Evolution provided an update on forthcoming product developments.
In the afternoon three forces described specific project work relating to Neighbourhood Policing. Hampshire Constabulary explained how Priority-based budgeting is being used to inform future allocation of Neighbourhood Policing resources across the county. Dyfed-Powys Police described their activity analysis survey and Northamptonshire Police showed how RAMP had been used to determine the allocation of Neighbourhood officers as part of their service delivery model redesign.
Process Evolution would like to thank Northamptonshire Police for organising the meeting. The intention is for police clients to run an annual event in between the annual Process Evolution conferences, enabling our police clients to network face to face on a 6-monthly basis.
