Client Conference 13th-14th Nov
Process Evolution will be hosting its 11th annual client conference at the Sixways Stadium conference facilities, the home of Worcester Warriors Rugby Club on the 13th – 14th November 2018. The Client Conference 2019 is split across two days, with the first an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with our products; while the second day features presentations and case studies from our clients.
Analyst’s Training Day 13th November
The first day of the conference, Wednesday 13th will be the Analyst’s Training Day, providing an opportunity to learn from our consultants as to how we use our tools. During the day, we will cover topics including how to run effective workshops; using distributions within our models, and validating sense checking models.
Main Client Conference 14th November
The main conference takes place on Thu 14th November with a mix of client talks updates on product developments and an opportunity to share benchmarking and experiences with other change practitioners from across the Emergency Services. Speakers will include Andrew Wilson from Northamptonshire Police who will talk about recent developments in Northamptonshire in the context of the end of austerty and uplift programme.

Police Special Interest Group taking place 1st May
The Police Special Interest Group will take place on 1st May, and this year it will be hosted by Gwent Police at their headquarters. The event is a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge on how different forces are applying the Process Evolution toolkit to their problems and meet other like-minded individuals.
The wide-ranging agenda provides an opportunity to understand the areas in which Forces are working while also providing case studies on the application of tools to real-world problems.
- In the morning presentations will include a session from Dyfed Powys on the effect of rurality on modelling approaches; South Wales Police discussing the successes they have had in obtaining ‘better data’.
- The afternoon session will kick off with ACADEMI Wales presenting on understanding public sector demand, followed by sessions from Process Evolution around commonality within modelling and benchmarking. As is only customary the hosts, Gwent Police will get the final say as they present on the work they have been doing with Workload Profiler Sim.

Workload Profiler Sim Training
This training course will take place on the 6th November 2018 at Worcester Rugby Club, on the day prior to the main User Conference.
The course is free to our current Workload Profiler users and aims to increase your knowledge of the capability of the new Simulation version of Workload Profiler tool.

This training course will take place on the 14th March 2018 at Worcester Rugby Club.

Police Special Interest Group
Police Special Interest Group will take place on 8th May 2018, hosted this year by Staffordshire Police at their headquarters. These events are a chance for clients to get together and discuss the ways in which they use our tools, sharing ideas, experiences and best practice. Our 2018 Client Conference will take place on 6th and 7th November 2018. The location will once again be Worcester Warriors Stadium. Further details will be available closer to the date.
Blue Light Innovation 2017
Process Evolution is speaking at the Blue Light Innovation 2017 conference on 6th December at the Victoria Park Plaza, London. BLI 2017. This is the 5th annual conference and Process Evolution has spoken each one. This year’s conference ‘will highlight best practice for driving transformation… to improve service delivery and ultimately save more lives’. Visit the conference website or email: email@example.com. Client-hosted event | Process Evolution user group – 7 June 2017
Networking and experience sharing.
Northamptonshire Police hosted the first client-run usergroup on 7th June 2017 at their Force Headquarters. Over 30 delegates spent the first couple of hours or so introducing themselves and sharing their experience to date of working with Process Evolution’s evidence-based software toolset. Process Evolution provided an update on forthcoming product developments.
In the afternoon three forces described specific project work relating to Neighbourhood Policing. Hampshire Constabulary explained how Priority-based budgeting is being used to inform future allocation of Neighbourhood Policing resources across the county. Dyfed-Powys Police described their activity analysis survey and Northamptonshire Police showed how RAMP had been used to determine the allocation of Neighbourhood officers as part of their service delivery model redesign.
Process Evolution would like to thank Northamptonshire Police for organising the meeting. The intention is for police clients to run an annual event in between the annual Process Evolution conferences, enabling our police clients to network face to face on a 6-monthly basis.
Blue Light Innovation | Improving Service Delivery – 1 November 2016
Redefining emergency services through collaboration and innovation.
Interoperability is the key towards responding to critical situations and improving public safety. The event showed how the emergency services and businesses are developing innovative partnerships and achieving high-quality standards through local collaboration, technology innovation and resource sharing. Process Evolution ran a workshop at the event looking at how evidence-based solutions can improve service delivery.
2016 Client Conference – 13 September 2016
Process Evolution’s 2016 client conference at the Sixways Conference Centre near Worcester featured client presentations, an overview of recent product developments and talks from other guest speakers. There was an opportunity to explore the wider capability of tools such as Maptitude. Surgeries provided the opportunity for delegates to get direct advice from our consultants.
