The annual Police Client Conference is an opportunity for us to gather our clients in one location and discuss how we can, as a collective, make the world of policing analytics a better place. Across two days it provides an opportunity for different services to collaborate and improve their understanding of not only Process Evolution tools, but the wider world of policing analytics across the UK.

The Analyst Day
Our first day maintains a focus on the practical analytics within policing, with case studies on the use of Process Evolution tools and techniques, along with interactive workshops. It’s an excellent opportunity for clients and practitioners alike to engage directly with our consultants on subjects such as best practice, data interpretation and model validation.
Our Main Conference Event
The second day is where senior leaders from across the UK have been invited to speak on their experiences within the police service, demonstrating how they’ve driven change through an evidence-based approach and discussing challenges facing UK police services. It’s also when we take the opportunity to invite practitioners to showcase their work, demonstrating to other services what they’ve made possible using Process Evolution.
This year’s agenda features a number of practitioners sharing their successes and a series of talks hosted by Process Evolution consultants. From topics such as workforce planning, selling your results to stakeholders and sizing & distributing police units utilising our toolset, our 2024 agenda aims to be the most comprehensive yet.
